"When educating the minds of our youth,

we must not forget to educate their heart."

- The Dalai Lama

A holistic education is essential in molding our young. Let's take a look at how the K2 at Creativeland Childcare and Development Centre @ Yew Tee Pte Ltd showed their concern and support for their peers during their playful learning.

In this activity, before children pass the ball, the teacher asked a question related to the food topic discussed in the previous lesson. Thereafter, teacher gave cues to children to start passing the ball. Then, when the last player got the ball, he/she ran to the front of the line and answers the question. During this activity, we can hear children helping each other to answer the question and encouraging one another. One of the child said, "Try your best!"

“Hmmm… Fish… F…. a or an?” murmured Zhan Peng.

“it is a …” said Azel as she points out the article a to Zhan Peng.

"We like making this Teddy Bear sandwich!"
