Children will be able to draw their family using lines and shapes.


Written Interpretation of Drawing:

While exploring the topic on ‘My Home’, Jessica illustrated a picture of her family. “This is my home and this is my family. This is my ballet teacher. She lives in our house and she is my mummy,” said Jessica.

Objective of Play:

Children will be able to fold papers into the shape of a house.


Written Interpretation of Photo:

In this activity, Jael and Alexia were making their own paper houses. They made use of coloured papers and glue to form the shape of the house. Lastly, they added their own personalised doors, windows and roofs for their houses.

Objective of play:

Children will be able to work together to create a 3D sculpture.


Written Interpretation of photo:

The children were divided into pairs. Keira had partnered with Jaime and they had to discuss and design a 3D sculpture together. They brainstormed different ideas and allocated different tasks for each other before starting on their creation.
