PCF Sparkletots Preschool @ Woodlands Blk 677 is here to share with us what their K1 children been doing for the various domains as they learn through fun.
Children were provided with open ended materials such as crepe paper,
pom poms, markers, crayons, buttons to design a tree of their own.
They used their creativity independently for this activity.
Children used coloured play dough to design fruits to be filled up for their fruit basket template.
They used dough scissors, cutters, moulds and technique of rolling for the fruit making.
在户外,老师分别出示动作字,如:走、跑、跳和爬和颜色卡片 如:红、黄、蓝、绿,
请幼儿根据字卡,以正确的动作到和色卡颜色相同的位置。
在这个过程中,老师没有语言和动作的提示,请幼儿加强注意力,学习和判断,
相互学习、模仿和帮助,完成任务。
Children had a chance to discover another use of their hand for eating.
String hoppers were brought in for the children and instead of the usual spoon feeding,
they explored eating with their hands instead.
Children were playing around with balloons and were amazed
when they noticed their peer’s hair rising up when the balloon was placed above her head.
With this, they were able to discover electrostatic.
During reading time, children take turns to do storytelling with their peers.
They are able to use their imagination and talk about the pictures in the book
and relate a story accordingly.
In this activity, children jumped, crawled, skipped according to instruction & colour
provided by the teacher to the same colour on the rainbow parachute.
Here, children are seen to jump to the colour which has been called out by the teacher.
The objective in the lesson was for children to identify the days of the week.
Play was introduced as children were allowed to move around and touch the days of the week
that were pasted at different height levels, encouraging children to jump and stretch.
